Growing investment firm based in London has an opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their finance division. Hybrid / Remote.

Description

Working closely with the Senior Accounts Assistant, your role will be to manage the expenses processing for the company employees

  • Efficiently manage and process employee expenses in multi currencies
  • Checking employee expenses including all travel related costs
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Dealing with queries effectively and efficiently
  • Weekly expense reporting
  • Assisting with other areas including purchase ledger and banking when required

Profile

  • Experience in expenses and / or accounts payable is essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Committed to a part time role - 2-3 days per week
  • Good excel
  • SAP Concur / Quickbooks - desirable

Job Offer

Competitive salary - £30-40k Full Time Equivalent (Pro Rata'd to 2-3 days per week)

Flexibility to work the Part Time hours

Hybrid / Remote working (some office presence is required)
