KS3/4 Maths Teacher required for September 2024

This position offers MPS-UPS + SEN 1 (A recruitment and retention allowance may be available for the right candidate.)

We are working with an evolving and growing alternative provision, providing full and part-time education and support to children aged 5 to 16. They provide a high quality, inclusive, safe learning environment in which to develop positive behaviours and skills for students who find mainstream difficult. They also offer a broad range of preventative programmes and support to enable students to access education in order for them to enhance their life chances beyond the college. Their staff work hard to ensure young people achieve the best outcomes they can by creating individual educational packages which meet their needs, and which equip them with the skills and attributes they require for their next destination. As Maths Teacher you will be:

• A skilled practitioner in the classroom, with a proven background in supporting students with a variety of learning difficulties and needs.
• Experienced in working with KS3 and KS4 students at both a national curriculum and accreditation level.
• Relentless in your approach to both engaging our students in and with Maths and securing them the best academic outcomes.
• Highly motivated, with a passion for your subject
• Enthusiastic, patient and have perseverance.
