Accounts Assistant - Part-Time

A great opportunity for candidates looking to continue their Accounts career on a Part-Time basis!

The Accounts Assistant role would be Harlow based and working within a small team.

Candidates who have worked in an Accounts role previously or are strong Administrators that have touched on Purchase/Sales Ledger would be considered.

Due to location, having access to a vehicle is vital for this role.

Summary & Benefits:

  • Accounts Assistant

  • Monday - Friday, can be 4 or 5 days
  • 30 hours per week - must include Fridays
  • Office Based
  • £24,000 per annum

Key Duties:

  • Purchase Ledger Processing.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Posting Receipts & Payments from the cashbook.
  • Assist with monthly management accounts prep.

About You:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in an Accounts related role.
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel.
