• Provide differentiated instruction and support to ensure every student can reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to develop individualized learning plans and strategies.
• Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each student.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with SEN students, particularly in KS2.
• Strong understanding of SEN educational strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
