Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm for full time

Alternatively 4 day week or 9.00am - 3.00pm daily

Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for real estate? We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join our client's dynamic team.
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of property sales from offer acceptance to completion.

Our client is a multi-award winning independent estate agency based in Bedford and established in 2017. They cover all of North and Central Bedfordshire. selling and letting properties in the area.

The company provides rigorous training for their staff and measured progression opportunities.
They pride themselves on being a dedicated local agent, providing flexible contracts, and achieving the best prices for their clients through extensive marketing and personalised service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and other estate agents.
  • Gather all necessary documents to facilitate a successful sale.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any queries.
  • Coordinate with mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
  • Ensure timely progression of sales, resolving any issues that may arise.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a real estate sales progression role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of property stock and the sales process.
