Senior Night Care Worker - Part-Time

But this is also a role for a leader. As such, you’ll allocate work, organise rotas and be responsible for the performance management, training and development of your team. Tis is a non sleeping role and you will responsible for our residents through the night.But we will be here for you too, with an open door and open ears. So, whilst you’ll need care sector experience and a relevant SVQ level 3 to join us, you can soon look forward to adding to both.
