Field Project Coordinator

What you will do:

The Field Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support to assist the General Manager and other Senior Managers. Integrated Solutions has teams around the UK who are dedicated to delivering high quality major projects for our customers across a broad range of sectors. These systems mostly consist of enterprise level CCTV and access control systems and are delivered to end users, developers and contractors. We are seeking a Field Project Coordinator who can administrate and support the delivery of our intercompany projects to their conclusion. You will be responsible for tracking our intercompany orders, ensuring that client orders are booked through our two ERP systems, ensure intercompany purchase orders are raised, and ensure that invoices are raised for completed works.

How you will do it:

  • You will keep a tracker of live intercompany projects by becoming proficient in our two ERP systems Mentor and JDE.

  • You ensure that intercompany purchase orders are processed and are up to date.

  • You ensure that client invoices are produced in a timely manner and become proficient in the clients upload portal.

  • You will provide administrative support to the Contract Manager.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with the project Managers working for the Contract Manager.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with our customers to manage any queries or disputes they may have with regards to the raised contract invoices.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word Excel, and PowerPoint etc.

  • After a period of training we would expect the candidate to be proactively working with minimum supervision.

  • Although the role is full time we would for the right candidate consider changing the role to a three day working week with flexible working hours. This option would suit a candidate who is returning to the workplace/work after a period of absence and looking for flexible working.

  • JCI supports flexible working and therefore the candidate as a minimum would be based in our office at Cambourne three days a week and working from home two days a week. For the part time role we would expect the candidate to work in the office for a minimum of one day a week
