As a Day-to-Day Supply Teacher with Hays, you'll play a vital role in supporting secondary schools across Northamptonshire. You'll fill short-term absences, ensuring students continue their learning journey with minimal disruption.

• Variety & flexibility, which means you can choose your workload, pick up assignments that fit your schedule, whether you want to work full-time supply or part-time supply.

What you'll need to succeed

• Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Possesses excellent classroom management skills.
• They can adapt their teaching style to different age groups and learning styles.
• Enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
