Our client, a dynamic and ambitious life science company based in Penicuik are keen to assign a part-time HR executive(16-20 hours PW) to support business growth. This person will support the leadership team to manage and improve current HR processes.

Duties include:

• Working in a manner to support employee welfare
• Supporting and providing company policies and incentives to promote a happy workplace
• Working with the leadership team to develop strategies for personnel development, improve employee relations, talent and employee engagement
• Providing an effective HR function to resolve issues appropriately
• Providing effective employment law advice at all levels
• Managing the recruitment cycle.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree level qualification in HR or have experience at mid-level.
