Administrator

Halecroft Recruitment is proud to represent our client in their search for an Administrator to join a successful team based in Darwen.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and process all B2B orders accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls to support the Internal Sales and Customer Service team.
  • Management of the online portal ordering systems.
  • Office administration helps with taking payments and dealing with customer support inquiries.
  • Liaise with the sales team, credit control, and warehouse.
  • Create, manage, and update data using spreadsheets and in-house platforms.
  • Assist the customer service function with customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Sound organisational skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Teamworking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer skills to work from ordering platforms.
  • Progress-minded capable of adapting to changing working processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable, but not essential.

Working Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 5.30 pm and a salary of £22,308 - £23,000 + Company Benefits + Pension, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

We are also happy to receive part-time applications but along the hours of 09:30 and 15:00 Monday to Friday
