You will be the first point of contact for callers, therefore previous customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner are essential.

• Be the first point of contact for callers
• Use Microsoft Teams to answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Effectively route calls to the appropriate individuals/departments
• Ensuring callers reach the correct contact efficiently
• Take details messages accurately and email then to the correct recipient
• Strive to provide exceptional customer service to all callers, leaving a positive impression of the organisation

Person specification:

• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Teams and Office
• Excellent telephone manner
• Organised and efficient
• Able to organise own workload
• Able to cope under pressure
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and confident
• Positive and professional attitude

Additional Information:

• Laptop is provided
• £16,489 per annum which equates to £11.50 per hour (£20,986 FTE)
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm, with 30 minute lunch break
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 33 after 5 years’ service
