HR Advisor

People Advisor opportunity available working for a leading professional services organisation based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be given wide ranging experience as well as the opportunity to get involved in one off projects.

Working as a key member of the people team, you will manage the service delivery and support all elements of the employee experience from joining the organisation, to going on family leave and everything in between. You will also work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Advisory Manager to strategically support your service line and area of the business, working on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will also support specialist functions including POT, Reward, D&I and well-being.

You will need:

  • Experience of professional or financial Services environment (preferred)
  • CIPD qualified or working towards (preferred)
  • Significant experience in performance management/capability processes (essential)
  • Experience of investigating disciplinary and grievance cases; conducting redundancy and general consultations (essential)
  • Experience of working independently from line manager (essential)
  • Ability to liaise with and manage stakeholders at all levels (essential)
  • Experience of completing salary review process (preferable)
  • Ability to review, interpret and analyse data (preferable)
  • Experience of working in a multi-sited environment/role (preferable)

This role is permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Working 4 days per week can be considered also for this role. Occasional travel required in the role to their other sites. 

The salary is paying up to £38,000 DOE plus excellent additional Benefits including 26 days holiday + BH + option to buy 10 additional holidays, Pension scheme, private medical scheme, life insurance, income protection, cycle to work scheme plus many more!
