Part-Time Administrator (Fixed-Term, 12 Months)

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrator to join our Fleet Management team in Andover.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering a flexible schedule. The ideal working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 1.30 pm, totalling 25 hours per week. However, we're open to adjusting these times to suit your needs.

This part-time admin job, will play a critical role in supporting the Group's fleet operations. Your primary focus will be on fleet compliance, data management, and auditing. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to analyse and interpret data.

Responsibilities:

  • Driver Compliance Management: Oversee licence checks, eye tests, vehicle checks, and related compliance tasks.
  • Mileage Submission Monitoring: Track and manage mileage submissions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monthly Mileage Audits: Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance and detect discrepancies.
  • Fuel Transaction Audits: Perform fraud checks on fuel transactions.
  • System Accuracy Auditing: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the fleet management system.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify areas for cost savings and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads
  • Capable of interpreting and reporting data
  • Strong Microsoft Excell skills
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Fleet Administration experience desired but not essential
