The Role: Campaigns Adviser

As a Campaigns Adviser, you'll drive impactful messaging to the right audience at the right time. You'll lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of behaviour change campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Utilise behavioural insights to inform campaign strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver effective communication products.
  • Project manage campaign delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are engaged.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using industry-leading frameworks for continuous improvement.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in delivering and evaluating marketing communications campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with targeted email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of diverse channels for behaviour change campaigns.
  • Ability to tailor communications based on insights.
