As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand presence, driving growth and conversion rates, and executing effective and targeted marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and build the digital footprint.
Role and responsibilities:
Develop the overall marketing strategy
Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns
Lead on design and development of digital, social and print assets across the organisation
Maintaining website - content creation, SEO and performance
Social media - promoting properties, news, deals and transactions
Grow the digital presence, profile and reputation
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns.
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
CRM Management experience
Experience of SEO, and understanding of digital marketing channels
Google analytics experience
Experience creating and delivering marketing strategy.
Excellent at content creation
A great eye for detail, with a creative flair.
Experience of using Adobe package
Can do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
