We are excited to offer the opportunity for passionate and dedicated educators to join our client's School of English and Maths as Lecturers in English. This role involves delivering GCSE and Functional Skills English to a diverse group of learners, primarily vocational students aged 16-18, along with a growing number of part-time adult learners.

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to GCSE and Functional Skills students.
• Support vocational learners in their development and progression to higher courses or the workplace.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced teachers to share best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of a diverse student population, including resit learners.
• Participate in the continuous assessment and feedback process to monitor student progress.

• A degree in English or a related subject.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English GCSE and/or Functional Skills.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate students aged 16 to 18 from various vocational backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• For part-time positions, availability to work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays is essential.
