Administrator - Part Time

The Role

We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Part Time Administrative Assistant to join a SME in Washington, Tyne and Wear. (c 2days per week - can be flexible with days)

Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the team with daily administrative tasks, as well as following up on leads and assisting with client communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Following up on leads and inquiries from potential clients via phone and email.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the team.
  • Updating and maintaining quote system with client information and follow-up notes.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.


The Person

Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
