Receptionist/Administrator
Druid Stoke Care Home, 31 Druid Stoke Avenue, Bristol, BS9 1DE
£12.60 - £13.60 per hour dependent on experience
36 hours per week and will include working alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)

You’ll help us make health happen by:
Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
Using bespoke software to raise invoices, process income including cash allocation, complete banking and take appropriate action in relation to debt management.
Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone
Liaising with Local and Health Authorities to ensure appropriate information and payment is received
Ensuring correct and complete documentation including Terms and Conditions are provided and recorded for all admissions
Safeguarding monies on behalf of residents and funds raised by the home, recording and reconciling transactions to bank statements
Supporting the Home Manager with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing
Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You’ve worked as a Receptionist/Administrator before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you"ll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. You’re approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams. Dedicated and efficient with an ability to handle a varied workload, but importantly, your caring attitude underpins everything you do - to make a real difference to people’s lives.
