You can look forward to:
A salary between £13.65 and £14.85 per hour
Bus travel expenses covered (calculated on distance travelled between customers)
28 days of paid annual leave (full-time); annual leave is calculated pro-rata depending on the number of hours worked

Essential skills, abilities, and requirements:
Previous care experience is not required. We recruit for our core values – kindness, empathy, compassion – and train for excellence in care
The right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
A good level of spoken and written English
A willingness to learn and grow in the role
A passion for delivering a gold standard of bespoke service
Support delivered varies for each customer but could include personal care, medication administration, manual handling, domestic duties, meal preparation, shopping, social inclusion and outings, supporting doctor’s appointments and hospital visits
Recording and reporting with detailed care notes for every visit
A desire to continually promote and carefully monitor our customers’ health and well-being with a keen focus on customer preferences and personal outcomes
A respectful and courteous approach that is mindful of professional boundaries
Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do mentality
