Customer Engagement Evening & Weekend Working In Office Colchester 24 Hours

Joining our team means taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed their expectations . We are in search of individuals who possess a deep understanding of providing 5-star service and are committed to excelling in their roles .

As a member of this dynamic team, you will work a minimum of 24 hours per week, during 4 evening shifts from Monday to Friday (any hours between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm), Saturday (between 5:00pm and 9pm) with an 8-hour shift every Sunday (between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm). The specific working hours will be determined at the end of the recruitment process.

Despite the working hours being part time evenings, you will need to be available for the business induction which is held Monday through to Friday 9am-6pm on your first week.
