You’ll be based at their Ashington office and work 22.5 hours per week – with flexibility around which days you work, choose your own hours!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to retain and grow revenue
Increase average spend and customer value through tailored sales conversations
Follow up on leads and supplied data to convert warm prospects into active customers
Analyse buying patterns to identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Conduct regular customer reviews to understand and anticipate needs
Accurately log all customer interactions and feedback
Stay informed on product updates and pricing initiatives
Consistently hit personal sales targets and contribute to team goals
What They're Looking For: Essential:
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a sales or telesales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling objections and negotiating deals
Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
5 GCSEs (or equivalent), grades A–D
Desirable:
Background in B2B sales or customer account management
Familiarity with retail, wholesale, or product distribution sectors
