We are seeking a dynamic Head of HR to align their HR vision with their ambitious business strategies. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the CEO and senior leaders to foster an organisational culture that aligns with their values.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
Collaborate with the CEO to build a top-tier team across all levels of the organisation.
Champion the company's core values and act as the cultural heartbeat of the business.
Lead initiatives to ensure the company is an industry leader in diversity, culture, and workplace satisfaction.
Drive the development of their workforce through innovative learning and development strategies.
Oversee the HR function, ensuring the implementation of effective systems and up-to-date policies compliant with current employment law.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing support and coaching on complex and sensitive HR issues.
Innovate in retention, benefits, reward, and wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Support managerial staff in maintaining effective succession planning and optimising team structures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
HR Degree (desirable).
Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Strong knowledge of Employment Law.
Proven track record in Learning and Development, with experience in developing Talent Management programmes.
Proficient in using HR systems.
Exceptional ability to engage and coach managers through complex HR challenges.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful management information.
Advanced administrative and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
