Cantonese Purchasing and Supply chain Assistance

A global leader in mobile accessories distribution with customers worldwide are looking for a Part-Time Purchasing & Supply Chain Assistant, you will be working for an award-winning supply chain network spans 15+ country. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of supply chain, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and logistics coordination that directly impacts global customer satisfaction.
Job Title: Part-Time Cantonese Purchasing & Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Surrey
Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours per week, flexible scheduling available)

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & System Management:

  • Process and track purchase orders through our ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and order status updates
  • Resolve supplier discrepancies and delivery issues proactively

Logistics Coordination:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot 50+ weekly shipments globally
  • Maintain real-time shipment tracking with precise ETD/ETA reporting
  • Generate performance reports for supply chain stakeholders

Operational Support:

  • Organize procurement documentation (POs, invoices, contracts)
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and supplier communications
  • Streamline departmental workflows through administrative support

Ideal Candidate:
? 1-2 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
? Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
? Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
? Fluent in English and Cantonese (written & spoken)
? Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills
