�? Part-Time Candidate Resourcer – Horsham (Hybrid)

       Up to £30,000 DOE plus uncapped commisssion  

Are you a recruitment professional looking for a part-time role without the pressure of 360 sales? Join our friendly Rec2Rec team in Horsham as a Candidate Resourcer – a flexible, hybrid position offering complete control over your working hours.

?? Location:
You’ll need to be based locally to Horsham, as this role involves working from our office 3 days a week, with the rest of your time from home.

?? What’s on offer:

• 20–25 hours per week – work your hours when it suits you
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the Horsham office, the rest remote
• School-hours friendly – flexible start and finish times
• Early Friday finishes

• Candidate delivery only – no cold calling or business development

?? What you’ll be doing:

• Searching our internal CRM for top recruiter talent
• Creating Boolean searches to identify high-quality candidates
• Writing engaging, targeted job adverts
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Supporting consultants and updating the CRM

?? We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have recruitment or resourcing experience (any sector)
• Are confident speaking with candidates and building rapport
• Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (a bonus, not essential)
• Want a flexible role that fits your lifestyle – without the pressure of 360
