We are a fully remote organisation.
We're looking for a part-time Events and Operations Administrator with excellent time-management skills to support our core operations, back-office functions and expanding events programme! Ideally the candidate will work 3 days each week including Wednesday and Friday, with flexibility to accommodate our events (this may include evening and weekend work as we expand our events programme). Please note that start/finish times will vary on some days e.g. finish at 7:30PM on a Wednesday.
Our Administrator will be a crucial member of our team, primarily supporting our Events and Marketing Managers. This role will suit someone who is organised, reliable, proactive, honest, able to juggle competing demands and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support e.g. support the team with administrative tasks such as incoming call handling, recruitment and HR administration, ensuring our website is up to date, minute taking, maintaining documentation
Provide administrative support across the organisation as required
Event support e.g. assisting with pre- and post-event tasks, handle event enquiries, sending recording links to ticket holders, occasional video editing, preparing thank-you emails to speakers, and coordinate refunds with the accounts team
Social media support (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) e.g. creating designs and simple promotional videos on Canva to promote weekly webinars, conferences and special events such as FOWI, film screenings, in person events and upload on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Membership support e.g. Membership enquiries, Paradigm Explorer distribution, follow-up lapsed memberships
Ad hoc tasks as they arise
