Clinical Lead Nurse
28 hours per week – Short Shifts | £22–£25 per hour

Working 28 hours per week across short shifts, as a Clinical Lead Nurse you will play a key role in supporting and developing the nursing team, while upholding high standards of care and clinical practice. This is a supernumerary position, meaning your time will be focused on leadership, mentoring, and ensuring best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
Proven experience and strong knowledge of care planning and risk assessments
Robust clinical skills and a desire to share knowledge and mentor others
Experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred
A confident communicator with a warm, supportive approach
Someone passionate, proactive, and excited to grow within the role
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and respectful environment
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
Take a lead on care planning and risk assessments, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and person-centred
Support with clinical audits, training, and quality improvement
Act as a role model for excellent care delivery and team collaboration
Assist in managing care documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents and staff alike
Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners
