Part Time Accounts Assistant

Excellent opportunity to join our client based in Pershore, Worcestershire that supply an exciting product to businesses including high level customers. Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent Part Time Accounts Assistant to join the team.

You will be supporting the accounting function of 4 companies, and the role will also provide assistance to their external accountants when necessary.

Responsibilities:

- Processing invoices and payments (Both sales and purchasing)

- Downloading sales reports from SagePay, Sot Pay, Paypal, Amazon, NOTHS

- Reconciling sales invoices shown in Xero to sales reports

- Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes

- Bank reconciliations

- Credit Control

- Preparation for VAT returns

Candidate Attributes:

- Previous experience in within accounts

- Experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.

- Good communication skills at all levels.

- Strong organisational skills

Hours - Part Time 20 hours per week
