I'm looking for a people-focused HR Coordinator to support key initiatives in learning, wellbeing, culture, and engagement. In this job share role, you'll help ensure smooth HR operations while making a real impact on colleague experience and organisational culture.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain HR data (iTrent), support payroll updates, and provide first-line HR advice

  • Coordinate training, workshops, and development records

  • Plan and promote wellbeing campaigns and engagement activities

  • Support appraisals, recognition schemes, DEI efforts, and internal comms

  • Help run early careers programmes (apprenticeships, internships)

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and policy updates as needed

What You'll Bring
  • HR admin or coordination experience

  • Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills

  • Familiarity with HR systems (iTrent a plus)

  • A collaborative, flexible, and people-first approach
