Job Title: Weekend Dental Receptionist

Location: London (NW1)
Salary: £12 - £14 per hour
Days: Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage bookings, reschedule appointments, and maintain the appointment diary efficiently
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records using dental software
• Liaise with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a dental receptionist role
• Previous experience using SOE as this is essential
• Confident communicator with a calm, reassuring manner
• Strong IT and admin skills with attention to detail
• Able to multitask and remain composed in a busy front desk setting
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
