The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join the firm’s busy Conveyancing Team. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments, offering 21 hours per week with flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team, including file opening, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone calls.
Assisting with the preparation of contracts, completion statements, and other legal documentation.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and case management systems.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
Supporting the team with general office duties and ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
About You:
Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred, ideally within conveyancing or property law.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
