Role 

As a people person, you will enjoy meeting and supporting a diverse range of people of all ages. 

TheComplex Care Assistantroleinvolvesclinical tasks, such as PEG, ABI, spinal support and tracheostomyand nebs,depending on the specific person you are supporting. You will receivecomprehensivetraining and competencysign-offfrom ourin-houseteam of Registered Nursesto ensureyou are confident in your role. This role also includespersonal careincluding continence support, washing, dressing as well as support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks,just as importantly,you’llpromote people’s independence,whilst bringinga real sense of joy to those you support
