Salary: £19,473 to £27,156 (Actual salary for 21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

Join our client's dynamic learning environment as a part-time Beauty Lecturer, where they offer a broad range of courses within a beauty salon equipped to industry standards. We are seeking a dedicated professional to teach across various programmes, including City and Guilds Levels 2, 3, and 4, as well as commercial courses such as Beauty Therapy short courses, evening courses, and specialised treatments using Laser systems.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions across a range of Beauty Therapy programmes.
Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure an inclusive learning environment.
Prepare lesson plans and materials, and assess student work to ensure high standards are maintained.
Provide support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their learning objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance teaching content and delivery.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
Hold a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Beauty industry.
Proven experience in teaching, training, or assessing in the Beauty Industry.
Qualified and experienced to teach and assess Level 3 Advanced Epilation.
Level 4 qualification in Hair Reduction using Intense Pulsed Light Systems.
Level 4 qualification in Skin Rejuvenation using LASER Systems.
