THIS ROLE CAN OFFER FULL TIME OR PART TIME HOURS
The Role
You'll be joining a payroll team of six responsible for processing weekly payrolls. This newly created role is designed to provide vital support across a wide range of payroll and administrative tasks, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Processing payroll using Sage 50
Producing monthly expense reports
Handling general administrative enquiries
Assisting with weekly sick pay reporting and processing
Collating and inputting payroll data
Handling payroll queries in a friendly and professional manner
Providing support to the Payroll Manager and wider team
About You
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Sage 50 Payroll knowledge is a bonus
Able to manage priorities and work to deadlines
Flexible, team-focused, and happy to get stuck in
Keen to develop and grow within a supportive payroll team
Salary & Benefits
£25,00 - £30,00 per annum, depending on experience
Hybrid working pattern (split between office and home)
Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time considered - e.g. 3 full days or 5 shorter days
