About the Role
You will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to four partners, assisting in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The role will primarily involve secretarial/audio typing work (approximately 20 hours per week), with the remainder dedicated to general office support.
Key Responsibilities
Audio typing and copy typing of letters, reports, and emails
Providing professional and accurate secretarial support
Answering telephones and greeting visitors
Filing, managing post, and performing other administrative tasks
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
Supporting partners and the team with general office duties as required
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous secretarial experience
Accurate and efficient audio typing skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent telephone manner and organisational abilities
Intermediate MS Word skills and working knowledge of Excel
Willingness to assist with a variety of office tasks
