Support Worker – Altrincham 

Part-Time | 12–18 Hours Per Week | In blocks of 2/3/4 hours | Includes Alternate Weekend Work

Are you a confident, compassionate individual with a  desire to make a difference? We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, helping a young adult, with high-functioning autism, thrive and grow towards independence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Driver with access to a car – essential for travel in and around Altrincham (you must live within 15 minutes of the area)
  • Experience with Autism – you understand the challenges and strengths that come with autism, and how to offer meaningful support
  • Strong communication skills – English must be your first language due to communication needs
  • Engaging and outgoing personality – we need someone who’s warm, approachable, and not afraid to take initiative with lots of energy and enthusiasm


Your Role Will Involve:

  • Supporting a young adult to build social connections and engage in community activities
  • Encouraging and enabling them to develop independence and confidence
  • Being a positive presence, a role model, and a trusted companion
