Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a Bath based design agency who are on the search for a part time Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC to join their friendly and inclusive team.

This role is perfect for a finance professional who has had exposure to working on/assisting with finance related projects. 

Salary:£30,000-£36,000

Hours - 22.5 hours a week

Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Liaise with suppliers and respond to finance-related queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Contribute to finance-related projects, including system improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-departmental initiatives
• Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team
