An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm within their Conveyancing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• General administration including scanning, filing, audio typing, handling telephone enquiries, and archiving
• Supporting fee earners with anti-money laundering procedures and file closures
• Typing documents as dictated by fee earners (audio typing skills are essential)
• Document production, including creating and amending documents from templates in line with firm standards

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work
• Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner
• Able to work collaboratively within a team
• Positive and flexible approach to tasks
• Familiarity with SOS Connect is advantageous but not required
• Accurate typing skills are essential
