RECRUITMENT AND HR ASSISTANT -P/T

YOUR ROLE.

As a Recruitment and HR Assistant, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. Your role will involve handling job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our Team Tailor recruitment system. You’ll also provide vital administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with training, apprenticeship management, the Careers/HR inbox, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE.

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job requisitions, approvals, and job postings.
• Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to candidates and processing CV submissions.
• Work closely with managers to develop job descriptions and schedule interviews.
• Source candidates via job boards and direct advertising.
• Administer apprenticeship schemes and oversee mandatory training assignments.
• Support HR operations, including contract processing, compliance tracking, and inbox management.
• Train managers on recruitment systems and ensure best practices in hiring

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous HR and recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to support hiring managers effectively.

Strong IT skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications

SALARY AND HOURS.

Basic salary £21,801 per annum Monday – Friday, 10am to 3pm (25 hours per week)

Office-based is Mercedes-Benz of Dartford or Brooklands.
