Part-Time Administrator

We are looking to recruit a PT administrator to join our busy team and carry out the following duties within our events team.

Part time - Up to 20 hours a week

  • Assisting with general office duties
  • Manage internal payment card system
  • Stock take and ordering with suppliers
  • Organisation of travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Input of statutory documents to event organisers
  • Ordering third party contractor services
  • Coordinate project time lines and arrange regular internal project meetings
  • Administration of company statutory policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work well within a team
