I am working alongsidea highly established law firm who have multiple offices around the West Midlands. They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a busy Conveyancing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude, strong organisational and communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
General admin including scanning, filing, and archiving
Handling phone enquiries and supporting file processes
Audio typing and document production using templates
Assisting with money laundering checks and file closures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
Audio typing essential
Team player with a positive attitude
Good client service skills
Familiarity with SOS Connect is a bonus
