Part Time Property Manager
Up to £30,000 full time equivalent
20 hours per week-  Mon - Fri (with flexibility)

Elevation Recruitment are working with a Rotherham based property business on an exciting opportunity. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager: 

• Oversee tenant selection, referencing and suitability
• Address and resolve tenant concerns, enquiries, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct appointments with new tenants to assist in document completion
• Provide viewings for empty properties
• Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective property improvements
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to preserve property condition
• Ensure smooth completion of moving days e.g. checking utilities 
• Manage documentation such as tenancy agreements

Experience required of the Property Manager: 

• Driving license is essential as travel to properties will be required
• Experience in the property sector would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
