We are currently seeking a dedicated Teacher of Business to join a dynamic team in Southeast London, starting this September. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for business education and is experienced in teaching BTEC Business.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
• Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organising learning resources and the classroom environment.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and disciplinary systems.
• Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.

• Proven experience as a Teacher of Business, specifically with experience teaching BTEC Business.
• Strong understanding of the strategies needed to establish a highly effective learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
