Thera South West has an exciting opportunity available for a Male Support Worker to join our team based in Weymouth.You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time, part-time, and relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour.

On behalf of a young man living in Weymouth, we are seeking male support staff to help him lead a fulfilling and active life and live a fulfilled life in his own home.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy football, gardening, and outdoor activities such as sailing and walking. You should have experience supporting people with learning disabilities, including those who may occasionally display anxious behaviors. A genuine passion for making a positive difference in someone’s life, along with a commitment to person-centered, engaging support, is essential.
