Financial Controller (Finance Manager)

A well established award-winning Architectural Practice are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking finance professional ready to take the next step in their career. The role is a hybrid role and will include working from the studio/office 2-3 times a week. It is also a part time (30 hours a week) and the salary would be prorated accordingly.

The Role

The Finance Manager role at Anderson Orr offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic and highly skilled individual to play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial health, driving commercial success and the continued excellence of the practice. Reporting directly to the CEO, the key responsibilities will include the support of all core finance functions, including management accounting, forecasting, cash flow, invoicing, payroll, VAT, sale & purchase ledgers. This multifaceted position offers a fantastic opportunity for a versatile professional, with a mixture of higher-level business planning, project and monthly accounts along with day-to-day activities.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA fully qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years' senior-level experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential and experience with Sage 200
  • Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to commute to the office 2-3 times a week

Anderson Orr £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, pro-rata Oxfordshire
