Marketing Assistant

Part- time hours

Can be split over 2.5 days or 4/5 days depending on the candidate’s needs.

Are client being a lovely family owned business who are a well established Nottingham company seeking a Marketing Assistant to report to the Marketing Manager. They offer a great working environment and a super varied role.

This is a key role in supporting the marketing activities, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and getting stuck into creative tasks too:

• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content

• Updating web pages and crafting copy

• Editing short videos for digital channels

• Preparing and formatting presentations and marketing materials

• Supporting with email campaigns, client communications and reporting

The succesful candidate will have experience of doing marketing work combined with:

• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• A proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

• A team player who’s happy working independently too

• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Feefo, social media management and basic video editing would be a bonus - but not essential

This is a good opportunity for an individual with marketing experience seeking a part time flexible role.

Hours are around 17 per week. These can be done in 2.5 days or spread over the week.

Based close to Nottingham city centre in lovely offices.
