Our clients are an Independent New Build Developer with multiple sites across the Nottingham and Derbyshire regions.
They are now seeking a Part Time Sales Negotiator to be based Mon-Friday in Ripley area, to join their strong, long standing team.
Vacancies with this company do not come along often as they have an extremely high staff retention rate.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of consumer code, snagging, and have great customer service.
Requirements: - 1.Have great customer service and be able to talk to people easily. 2.Sales experience ideally in the property industry. 3.Be able to use and confident with Microsoft outlook, excel & word. 4.Happy working alone. 5.Work in conjunction with the other sites in a positive way. 6.Be organised & trustworthy.
Typical Tasks -
Keep show home/surrounding area clean, lights on looking tip top. Report any issues to head office. Keep paperwork in order and request details/paperwork from head office. Check emails/phone daily if possible and chase leads from Right move & on the market as they come through. Log results. Update visitor sheets and go back monthly to contact any potential prospects. Welcome visitors/prospects into show house/sales centre & determine how interested they are/their requirements. Assist prospect with any information they require. Log prospect details/where did they hear about us/requirements/situation. Inform them of our sales process. Show prospect around show home explaining extras/features & provide information on expected completion dates. Know all house types, square footages, prices etc on your site. Garden aspects, positive features of the plot. Have knowledge of extras available & relevance to the stage of construction Assist customers with choices & complete the Options booklet. Log sales - Reservation Agreement, letter, plans etc. Complete CML & update Sales record sheet, plot releases, price list, notify Sales Manager & Director by email. Follow up on customers unsold properties and offer advice to progress the sale. Explain how we can help. Comply with company codes of practice. Check website/details/Rightmove etc for errors/updates & notify relevant people. Home demo, snagging & handover property to customer. Follow up with customer care. Liaise with head office and customer throughout the sale & aftersales process. Reporting to Sales Manager & head office.
The hours of work will be Friday to Sunday 11am to 4pm plus one extra hour to do admin mid week from home.
Salary is hourly rate with commission for each house sale paid.
