Strategic Coordinator - West Mercia Police Local Resilience Forum Secretariat

The West Mercia Local Resilience Forum (LRF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Coordinator to lead its Secretariat and drive forward our mission of emergency preparedness and community resilience.
As Strategic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the LRF’s strategic objectives, ensuring effective collaboration between Category 1 and 2 responders, and maintaining robust governance and planning frameworks. You will be the central point of contact for the Forum, facilitating communication, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with the Civil Contingencies Act 2004
The main purpose of the role is toguidemultiagencypartners andChiefOfficers within the Local Resilience Forum in their discharge of responsibilitiesundertheCivilContingenciesAct2004 and provide strategic expertise anddevelopment tothe businessarea,translatingstrategicaimsintotactical delivery.
