SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Afternoon Receptionist to work on a job share basis. You must be available the cover the morning receptionist when they are on annual leave.

As the Receptionist you will have experience in a similar role with switchboard experience.

This role will involve the following:-
- To greet visitors, guests, customers and clients via the telephone, e-mail or in person efficiently and politely.
- To provide a high standard of first point of contact customer service.
- To provide an administration service for other work colleagues.
- Answering the telephone, forwarding calls and taking messages.
- Monitoring guests, visitors (including delivery and collections) into the building.
- Opening and sorting the incoming post, filing into the relevant persons in-tray.
- Sorting and forwarding of e-mails
- Dealing with the arrangements for hospitality for outside guests, such as transport, accommodation and refreshments.
