Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, polished, and client-focused Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a prestigious financial services firm. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in creating a five-star first impression and thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

This role is part time, 4 days in office - Monday to Thursday (salary pro rata)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a seamless and professional environment
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and emails efficiently and courteously
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, manage bookings, and ensure rooms are prepared to high standards
  • Support the wider office with administrative and hospitality duties as needed
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using booking and switchboard systems
  • A team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
