Jones & Jacob Ltd Fine Art Auctioneers and Valuers based in Watlington, South Oxfordshire have a part time vacancy for an administrator to assist with creating the auction catalogue each month. Fast, accurate typing and good attention to detail is essential.
Working within a small friendly team, an ability to be adaptable with excellent customer service would be valued.
Job Description
Create the monthly auction catalogue using specialist auction software (training provided)
Answer the telephone and deal with enquiries from clients
Receiving and responding to enquiries on saleday and after the auction
Taking payment in person from clients for items pruchased at auction
Perform any other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the saleroom
Required Skills
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Fast, accurate typing
Proof reading
Ability to work independantly and as part of a team
Excellent customer service
Job Type: Part-time, flexible hours (Office Based with opportunity to WFH)
Pay: £13.00 per hour (PAYE)
